do you have free samples?

Since all of our goods are created in small batches by our very own hands and we are a tiny company, we don't offer samples at this time.

help! why did my balm turn grainy?

No worries! Your balm can still be used! Butters are comprised of different fats that solidify at different melting points. If you would happen to leave your balm in a hot car or in your pocket for example it may melt,  when it re-solidifies the fats may do so at different rates, leaving some clumps behind.

i'm pregnant, can I use your products?

The butters, oils, and other ingredients we use are all top notch! However, we do have essential oils in many of the products and some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy. We recommend you check with your healthcare provider prior to use.

what about allergies?

All of our ingredients are listed with each individual product on the website and on product labeling, so please check the list prior to purchase for known sensitivities. Folks can still have allergy issues even to natural products, so although we use high quality ingredients and craft with care, it is a great idea to try a patch test to ensure skin compatibility with our products. If any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately.
